By accessing and using BPOWAVE services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
BPOWAVE provides SaaS tools for contact center and sales team management. Services are provided "as is" and may be modified with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate information. One account per individual.
Prices are in euros (EUR) excluding applicable taxes. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
Some services include a 14-day free trial without credit card. After expiration, a subscription is required. Data is retained for 30 days after expiration.
You agree not to: use the service for illegal activities; access other users' accounts; send spam; upload malicious code; reproduce or resell the service.
All BPOWAVE content is owned by BPOWAVE. Your data remains yours.
BPOWAVE shall not be liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.
We strive for 99.9% availability. Interruptions may occur for scheduled maintenance or force majeure.
You may cancel at any time. BPOWAVE may suspend accounts for breach with 15 days notice. You have 30 days to export your data.
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Tunis.
